Premier Acres is excited to announce the addition of Temporal Hanover for the 2023 breeding season. From the first crop of top trotting sire Walner, Temporal Hanover offers breeders a royal pedigree and proven results on the track. The second-richest son of Walner, Temporal Hanover raced two seasons, finishing on the board in 19 of 25 starts for trainer Marcus Melander. A five-time winner at two, Temporal Hanover captured a Champlain division and was an open lengths winner in his Internaional Stallion Stakes split. At three, he captured the $310,000 Zweig and $300,000 Earl Beal Jr. Memorial and finished second in the $430,000 Kentucky Futurity, $240,000 NJSS final and finished a neck back in a Bluegrass division, trotting in 1:50.2. Best In Show, a winner at two, three, four and five, returns for his second season at Premier Acres in 2023. The royally-bred stallion is a son of leading sire Bettor's Delight out of the brilliant World Champion and Dan Patch Award winner Put On A Show p, 5, 1:47.3m ($2,406,628). Stakes placed in two of three freshman starts, Best In Show hit the board in 13 of 16 sophomore attempts while battling on the Grand Circuit and in Ontario. The colt scored three times, capturing the $682,650 Meadowlands Pace, defeating favorite Captain Crunch and Bettor's Wish, taking his 1:48 record. Trained by Linda Toscano, Best In Show finished second in some of the sport's top events including a division of the Simcoe, Somebeachsomewhere, Simpson and Breeders Crown elimination. As ages four and five Best In Show continued to display his speed and collect wins, taking seasonal marks of 1:49.1 and 1:49. Learn more

Capt Midnight Captaintreacherous - It Was Fascination - American Ideal p, 2, 1:49.4s; 3, 1:48.3s, BT 1:47.2m ($551,567)
At the time of his retirement, Capt Midnight was the second-richest son of the great Captaintreacherous. A $350,000 yearling purchse, he paced in 1:49.4 in three of 10 freshman starts. As a sohpomore he registered miles of 1:49.4 or faster in 14 of 15 starts. He competed against Grand Circuit horses that will go down as some of the sport's greatest and held his own, reaching the finals of the Meadowlands Pace, Cane Pace, Adios, North America Cup and qualifying for the final of the Little Brown Jug. At three, Capt Midnight paced second to Tall Dark Stranger in the Cane Pace, clocking a 1:47.4 mile. He was second to Warrawee Vital in the Bluegrass Stake, pacing in 1:47.2, and also runner-up to Party Girl Hill at Lexington, timed in 1:47.3. Odds On Equuleus stands in Indiana after a distinguished racing career. The fourth fastest son of Art Major brings a solid record of production and desirable bloodlines to the Hoosier State. On the track, Odds On Equuleus battled the best on the Grand Circuit over multiple seasons. As a sophomore, he finished second five times in some of the sport's biggest races. He was second in a North America Cup elimination, runner-up in the Meadowlands Pace, and second in a Little Brown Jug heat, clocking a 1:50.3 mile before pacing in 1:51.2 in the Jug final. From a small first crop of starters in 2021, Odds On Equuleus sired Indiana Sires Stakes Super Final winner Trick Of The Light p, 2, 1:51.1s-'21 ($227,250). Learn more

Pilot Discretion Muscle Hill-Self Indulgent-Self Possessed 2, 1:55.1m; 3, Q1:51.4m, BT 1:51m ($413,888)
Standing his fourth season at Premier Acres, Pilot Discretion is a young stallion with tremendous commercial appeal. A son of the great Muscle Hill, out of the Self Possessed mare Self Indulgent, he offers a Grand Circuit pedigree, and was received well by breeders during his first season. Pilot Discretion covered a book of 76 mares in 2020, including multiple dams of top Indiana Sires Stakes talent and several young, well-bred broodmares. On the track, the trotter made only two starts as a freshman, but displayed his talent, winning twice at Lexington. Pilot Discretion returned at three to capture the $185,250 Goodtimes final in 1:52.4 while defeating eventual Hambletonian champion Forbidden Trade. He cut the mile in the Stanley Dancer Memorial before finishing second to Greenshoe, trotting a lifetime best 1:51. In the Hambletonian final, Pilot Discretion raced on or near the lead until the stretch, trotting the mile in 1:52.3. Learn more

You Know You Do stands his second season at Premier Acres in 2023 and his fifth in Indiana. He was a five-time winner at two, including his elim and the $360,650 Peter Haughton Memorial Final at The Meadowlands. He also won the Champlain at Mohawk and the Bluegrass at the Red Mile, while finishing second in both his elim and $328,000 William Wellwood Memorial Final at Mohawk. At three, he took his 1:53.2f record winning a PASS division at Pocono and he finished second in the Stanley Dancer Memorial at The Meadowlands, race timed in 1:50.2.
